At M5Stack, we stand by the quality of our modular development kits and electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unmodified condition.

Return Process

  Submit a Return Request

  Contact our support team at support@m5stack.com with your order number and a detailed description of the hardware issue or reason for return.

• 2.
  Technical Assessment

  Our engineers will review your request to determine if the issue can be resolved via firmware updates or if a physical return for inspection is required.

• 3.
  Package Your Hardware

  Once approved, securely pack the modules and accessories in their original anti-static packaging to prevent electrostatic discharge damage during transit.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After receiving and testing the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement unit within 5 business days.
